Back from the Dead

It has been quite a while since Ive posted on either the Greyhawk or FR boards. Many changes have occured, but straight to the point. I have several characters that I wouldnt mind resurrecting again, but I know nothing of 4E. I drew the line at 3.5 and refused to spend any more money on books that I had faithfully purchased since 1st ed, all those many years ago.

Is there room for more players, are there games that are still running and lastly, could I get somebody to hald walk...

WOW 4th edition, what a change and it looks like it might be for the better. A lot less variance in players but a much more even playing field. Bye Bye to those gnomish barbarians or even my elven sorcerss (which I have converted below).
No equipment yet added and you will notice that I have powered down from the 80 ability points to 76. So what else??? a lot. p.s check out the level for the amount of XP.

So, I managed to add a photo to my ezboard profile, but I can't figure out how to add it to my character profile here on C.O.R.E...Can anybody tell me how I can do that?

So I'm not sure how good the Attatchment blood drain combo is, and just wanted clarification about how it is supposed to be run. So . . .

A Dire Weasel bites a character in round 1. The weasel is still alive and not pinned by any one when its turn comes up in round 2. So, I know the weasel automatically drains blood for 1-4 points of constitution damage, but does it also get to bite again?

See, if he is fighting a wimpy character, 1-6 +3 damage might be deadlier than draining...

Requesting Permission to Run a Game

So, I know I'm pretty new here but I'd like to start running a game. I've got three different characters in three different games so I'm getting a feel for how things go here. I'm definitely starting to see some of the disadvantages to a PbP system (speed and longevity), but I'm seeing some of the advantages too (flexibility and availability) and I'm hoping to do something a little different.

Rather than the single-adventure style that I see most commonly, I'd like to run a long-term...

Multiple Characters & Limit

I'd like to know what are the rules and restrictions on multiple characters for single account holders? I know some GMs prefer their players to have the same name as their PCs.

Also is there a limit on how many PCs a person can create with their single account?

Abandoned Adventures

I'm new here so I'm trying to get a feel for how these adventures are supposed to go and I've noticed a common theme to [b]a lot[/b] of the adventures I've seen so far... why are so many adventures abandoned by the GM?

If it was just a few here and there, I'd think it was just a flakey GM here and there, but it seems to be the norm rather than the exception. So many of the adventures I've read have the last post being months if not years ago by the GM who says something like...

I am considering creating a blind-character.

I am looking at a couple of options:
-Willing Deformity and Deformity (Tongue) from Vile Darkness to gain Blinsdense 30'

- Feats Blindfight and then Hear the Unseen
[General, Fighter]
(CAdv p119) with 5 ranks Listen - but that needs DC 25 everytime to 'see' opponents in 30'

-A Familiar to be my eyes. How well do I see through my familiar's eyes anyway?

-Druid with a trained seeing-eye dog...

Hello, I'm new to the boards. I looked around on FR a bit originally because I'm familiar with FR, but it seems that FR is mostly inactive.

So, I thought maybe I could start playing in Greyhawk. I don't know anything about Greyhawk, but I'd like to solo a bit before I join any groups for an adventure.

Are there any GMs willing to run a solo adventure or can anyone recommend a good city for new players that is open to all?
