There was no official conversion; but some people on Monte's MB converted it and put it up on a website.

I've played in the original; 1/2 successfully. Run the 3.0 version once all the way through - took about 2-3 years; playing monthly for 5-6 hours.

Running the other one online; once semi-successfully, and once seems to have failed. Players definitely need to work together; and even then it suffers in an environment such as this as it's /really/ hard to get through without any PC deaths. The online version I'm running I'm allowing players who have their character die make a new character - but it's a different environment; it doesn't have the environment here of you can take your character on to new adventures and GMs. It's on RPoL for those who may be familiar with that.

It sucks to have to stop playing a particular adventure because your character dies; but in this type of environment that's what happens. I don't know it would work here - I'd only run it in a situation where if someone died they could make a new character of similiar levels so they're not shortchanged.

For the record; when I ran it tabletop everyone had at least one character die - sometimes they were raised; sometimes they weren't. If you're thinking of running it where you can bring houserules in; don't touch resurrection magic. If people are willing to shell out the money, they should be able to.
