To be honest, I haven't thought about alignment restrictions, and I will probably allow evil people, but keep one thing in mind...

WOTC didn't design D&D for the evil people to win. I could go into depth and say why I think that way, but i won't because I don't want to have to look up some rules. You will have to design your character to fit these specs:

We will be using 3.0E for the entire campaign.

Abilities: 17, 15, 13, 12, 10, 8 Arrange any way you like.

Gold:
Barbarian:100
Bard:100
Cleric:125
Druid:50
Fighter:150
Monk:15
Paladin:150
Ranger:150
Rogue:125
Sorceror:75
Wizard:75

Races: Standard Races are fine, if you want something else, tell me and I'll tell you if it is okay or not.

Level: First Level:

Must have some sort of a history (I will add any towns or whatever that are important to your character to the map once I make it)

Must have a set of personal goals to accomplish. These can change, but should not be "To get stronger" or "To get better weapons."

However I would accept goals like "To be the best unarmed fighter in the city of Thespros" or "To find my great-grandfather Lernard the Great's magical longsword" but keep in mind about a third of your xp will be based on RP and character development.

If you can email me your finished character sheet (the file from the character generator I gave you should be fine) I will look it over.

Can't think of anything else right now.
