Horek looks to Accolon and Nydilind, an unspoken question as to whether they'll again spending the evening outdoors as is their wont.

If the rangers join him, the barbarian will hunt with them this night to secure a good meal. As he has done for the last few nights, once the plainsman shrugged off his black mood, he discusses and trades thoughts on survival and hunting in the wilderness. Horek is surprised at the amount of information he was never taught and tries to absorb everything the two try to teach him.

He is especially interested in the tactics they teach him on exploiting the weaknesses of your enemy. Horek tries hard to put the information in perspective with that of his most hated enemy. The plainsman silently vows for the thousandth time that the giants plaguing his homeland will be made to pay...

OOC: Shadow, I'm planning on taking a level as a Ranger when I reach second level. I'd like to take favored enemy as Giant if possible. I will completely understand if this ability won't take effect right away because of lack of proper training. But perhaps this informal education will be enough. I'll let you decide... ;)

Horek Varshot
Deep bronze skin and the red body paint that decorates the face of this large man combine to mark him as one of true Flannish origin. The plainsman carries a sturdy longbow and a huge sword is strapped tightly to his back. Studded leather armor peeks out from beneath a cloak made from the hide of a large black bear and a necklace decorated with huge claws completes the picture of this fearsome barbarian. The scowl upon his face along with hard, piercing eyes warn you that disturbing this quiet man might be considered foolhardy unless there is good reason.
