Duras stops as the Elf calls to him requesting to travel with him to see if the church would allow for horses. Duras frowns as the Elf, Anavren, defends his ideas against the cleric. This group will not work together, it seems that we are doomed for failure. Rao begins a silent prayer to Rao asking for advice on how he can bring the group together to act as one, when the Portal's appear and Anavren falls asleep from the bite. Astonished at the quick response to his prayers Duras watches with astonishment.

After the mage Bigby dissappears with Anavren he looks to the group, then retires for the night. After locking the door Duras takes off his armor and takes a knee by his bed.

"Rao, I knee down by this bed to speak to thee about the mission that we are about to undertake. I ask thee for guidance and insight as we travel. I ask and pray for wisdom so that I might recognize any dangers that we should face and know good from evil. (Duras continues to pray for the groups safety and peace. After praying for his group's success.) Last of all I pray for the Elf, Anavren, that he might be blessed where ever his travels take him and that he will have success. I thank thee for taking care of the problem so that our group may travel on without contention in the group."

Upon finishing his prayers to Rao Duras gets to his feet, washes his face and goes to bed.

In the morning he prays to Rao asking for his guidance once again and prepares for the day. Hurring down to the stable Duras prepares his horse Wild Fire so that he doesn't slow the groups departure. After finishing preparing Wild Fire Duras goes into the inn and gets a light breakfast and looks for his companions.

OOC: Are we going to keep the same marching order as before, but w/o Anavren?

Thanks for the reply GM. :)

Duras will tell the group of the clerics reply about his questions when they come down in the morning.
