Thanks for the clarification. I think the problem (FWIW), was you simply put Olmas -4 in the initial post. From that only (without reading the text), it wasn't clear if Olmas was at -4 HP or simply down 4 hp. My confusion came in the latest round summary where you state that Jotha's healing is what brings Olmas to consciousness. In reality, he was already conscious.

No problem on the die roll mistakes. Really, I don't care much about the to-hit rolls and skill checks being posted. The text description pretty much states what happens (and actually the numbers just clutter the post). But it is really useful to have accurate damage numbers posted. It keeps everyone aware of how close to unconsciousness/death they are and helps out us poor clerics in making quick battlefield decisions.

Warning - please don't take the following as an attack. I have enjoyed the actual adventure thus far. I'm just noting my own personal observances/opinion/critique on how things have progressed so far. :)

What disturbs me most in all this is how quickly people have gotten kicked out. Olmas was dropped from the adventure after missing one round. I have normally seen GM's go at least a week if not 2 as an NPC before dropping them. RL happens and someone may not always be able to reply. If you add in confusion like this where Olmas actually could have responded but just didn't realize it, then it just makes things worse. :\

This also happened with Celorinda. She explicitly stated she'd be slow posting for a couple of weeks and then returned to have been kicked out. I can understand wanting to have active PC's but to you seem to have a 0 tolerance policy on even small absences and that seems a bit harsh.

My advice - give PC's a warning shot before you kick them out. This way if they are listening they can respond. It seems if you are going to go to the trouble of NPC'ing someone (like Jasten), then you might as well allow the player to come back and pick things up. :)

Jotha Elan, Father Joe to his flock, is a lanky man with a well-groomed appearance. His hair is dark, but starting to grey with age. His blue eyes seem like pools of serenity and trust. He wears simple cleric vestments and sports a symbol of Rao about his neck.
