Talon listens to the two men talk and watches the orc camp. Five minutes slid by and the three men slide back to the strand of trees where they left their horses. Riding hard the three men catch up to the caravan in about 30 minutes. The caravan is still safe but both groups seem to be glad that they are rejoined.

Four oclock slides around and passes. One of the teamsters calls out about 4:30 to Ulfgar, "Hey Ulfgar, when we stopping? Dancer is throwing her right hoof I think she might have picked up a rock."

Ulfgar calls a halt to the caravan. Jumping off he moves to wagon 3 and takes a look at Dancer the heavy horse. "Yep your right. Tyro, find us some place to camp we won't make the camp I was wanting to go to. Dancer here needs to rest his bleeding foot over night or he might get a wound." Pulling out his dagger Ulfgar works out the sharp rock. The hoof bleeds for a bit then slowly stops.

Ok - I'm going to finagle the group here a bit so we don't have to rp every detail.

Tyro calls Kain and Kerravin again asking them to take Talon and have him find a decent spot to camp. This can be a small test to see how he does. If Kain spots any tracks he can also act like he doesn't know what they are and ask Talon if he recognizes them. If Talon doesnt then see what he does know about tree's, plants, animals and other things that a ranger should know.

The caravan rests while Talon, Kain, and Kerravin ride ahead to find a camp site. Twenty minutes up the road Kain and the others find a decent camp site however all the wagons won't fit on one side of the road or the other. The wagons will have to be split up either 3/3 or 4/2.

Looking about the river Kain spots a few tracks of deers, muskrats, a large badger track (possibly dire), as well as birds, fox, and some wolf. While Kerravin goes back to tell the caravan of the camp site Kain quizes Talon. By the time that the caravan arrives Kain gathers enough information to learn that the boy is indeed a ranger or he has the skills of a ranger and has the feat tracking. Talon has a longsword and a dagger but he seems to favor his shield and the longsword.

As the caravan pulls up Ulfgar instructs the wagons to go three and three for better protection. The teamsters pull the wagons so that they are in a large divided circle with the road splitting them. Both teamsters and grooms work on unhitching and grooming the horses while the two dwarves start on dinner.
